摘要/Abstract

摘要： 边疆是现代话语体系下的重要概念,不同的历史时代,边疆的意涵也不尽相同。随着历史的发展,中国传统的边疆观念呈现出从无到有、不断发展的状态。与之相应,不同时期的治边思想应时应世而生。中国传统边疆观和治边思想直接影响着治边政策和治边行为,这种影响不仅在当时,而且延续至现代中国。中国在古代形成的边疆观念和治边思想,是中国各历史阶段治边政策的思想理论基础,它不仅显示了各历史时期对于边疆的政治意向,还为后人提供和展示了治边经验和教训,同时也是我国现今制定治边政策的重要依据。

Abstract: Frontier is an important concept under the modern discourse system, and its meaning is quite different in different historical times. With the development of history, the traditional concept of frontier in China has emerged. Accordingly, the thought of governance in different periods should be born. This concept and thought of governance directly influence the governance policy all the time. The concept formed in ancient China underlies the theoretical basis of governance policy in different historical stages. It not only shows the political orientation, but also gives the governance experience. In addition, it is the important basis for China to formulate the frontier governance police nowadays.
