免费师范生入职初期专业成长调查研究——以S大学三届毕业生为例

摘要: 入职初期专业成长分析是免费师范生培养教育系统中不可或缺的组成部分。通过调查,发现入职初期免费师范生存在专业成长意识缺乏、忽视自身在专业成长中的主体作用、专业成长的外部支持力度不够、免费师范生政策落实不到位等问题,并据此提出具有针对性和实效性的对策建议,以期为免费师范生培养教育提供政策依据和策略支持。

Abstract: The professional growth of free normal students in their early professional period is an indispensable part of the free normal education system. It is found that there are problems in the professional growth of free normal students in the early professional period, such as lack of professional development awareness, ignorance of the dominant role in their own professional development, inadequacy of external support in professional development, ineffective policy implementation and so on. With regard to those problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for decisions support in the education of free normal students.
