Abstract: With the adjustment of social and economic structure and the development of higher education, local colleges and universities are pressed to abandon the “survival model” and “theory of template” of traditional research universities and to take their initiative to change educational ideas and management evaluation model so as to highlight their characteristics and initiatives. They are promoting their successful transformation through the integration of regional economic development, the cooperation of colleges and enterprises, the optimization of training and management mode, the construction of the double type teachers team and innovation of scientific research and social service reform.
