In the early 1980’s, with the introduction of the concept of “non-fiction novel”, the critics published a series of articles, trying to use this exotic product for the development of local documentary literary theory, leading to a series of questions-- what is “non-fiction novel”, what the relationship between reportage, documentary literature and “non-fiction literature”, and whether the term “documentary novel” exists. The theoretical achievements of “non-fiction” in the academic circles are mainly based on the “non-fiction” column opened by People’s Literature in 2010. After the concept of “non-fiction” was introduced into China, its theoretical research changed from a single emphasis on the limitation of “non-fiction” to a vassal of reportage and documentary literature theory, and then gradually formed its own school with the help of the trend of popularization. The theory of “non-fiction” has become a common practice in retrospect and innovation. Reorganizing the research results of the “non-fiction” theory at this stage can help understand its connotation and changes more clearly.

‘Western Marxism’ is faced the dilemma of marginalization due to the limitation of ‘capitalist regionalism’, relative institutional compromise, criticism of western modernity, and academic rationality derived from lack of support from the ruling party. The achievements of Marxism in China in the ‘socialist region’, however, retain the spirit of the basic principles of Marxism more fundamentally, and expand its localization with the achievements of Marxism in China. While recognizing the ability of Sinicization of Marxism to resist wrong thoughts under the leadership of the ruling party, the ability to diagnose and treat modernity symptoms after absorbing the experience of social construction, and the ability to adhere to the mass line and human care while innovating the theory, due attention should be given to the reference value of Western Marxism to the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

Rural revitalization and high-quality development is a strategic choice and a way to promote common prosperity, and comprehensive common prosperity is the strategic goal and development picture of high-quality rural revitalization. The strategy of rural revitalization was proposed since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. China has achieved remarkable results in improving the quality of the countryside, but the long-standing shackles of industrial exodus, hollowing out of talents, desertification of cultures, ecological fragmentation, and organizational fragmentation in the rural areas have restrained rural revitalization from transforming into a higher-quality development. Therefore, starting from the strategic height of realizing common wealth, clarifying its connotations, characteristics and strategic goals, and helping promote the realization of a better picture of a “richer countryside, happier life and more beautiful countryside” through the implementation of high-quality and holistic revitalization paths for the countryside in the fields of industry, talents, culture, ecology and organization will continuously promote high-quality rural revitalization. This will help to promote the realization of a better picture of “richer rural areas, happier lives and more beautiful villages”, and facilitate a substantial breakthrough in the strategy of comprehensive common prosperity.

Driven by market demand, the management of river sand has become a significant challenge in global natural resource management. Scholars from both domestic and international communities have conducted extensive and in-depth research on the exploitation, impact, and management of river sand. However, previous studies often approach the topic from a single perspective, focusing on legality and rationality analysis, and lack an in-depth discussion from the perspective of emotional rationality. Moreover, most studies focus solely on river sand itself, neglecting the existence of the “human” element, and prioritize resource “rights” analysis while overlooking the dynamics of “power” in resource governance. Based on the inherent requirements for achieving rural ecological revitalization, an investigation and study of the long-standing tensions of “emotional rationality,” “rationality,” and “legality” in the development and management of river sand resources in the Han River Delta over more than 40 years of reform and opening up, as well as the equity games conducted by multiple subjects based on “emotion, reason, and law,” shows that only by achieving coordinated governance of emotion, reason, and law can river sand management transition from disorder to harmony, laying a solid foundation for achieving the goal of clear rivers and peaceful seas.

There were four regimes of Song, Qi, Liang and Chen in the Southern Dynasty. In the official history, the Book of Song, Nan, Qi, Liang and Chen recorded the history of those regimes respectively. The study of the national biographies of Song, Nan, Qi, and Liang indicated that in the Northern and Southern dynasties, although there was a situation of separation of multiple regimes in a unified China, the historical trend of ethnic exchanges still continued. The Volksgemeinschaft of China still developed to accumulate both qualitatively and quantitatively for a larger unified pattern in the next historical period, promoting the development of the Volksgemeinschaft of China. Therefore, the study of the relationship between the northern and southern nationalities in the national biographies of Song, Nan Qi and Liang Shu is of great significance.

The literature of Chinese social assistance policy are sorted out to analyze based on CNKI database by using the method of literature research to find that Chinese social assistance policy is mainly analyzed from six aspects: the main body of social assistance, the object of social assistance, the content of social assistance, the regional social assistance, the change and optimization of social assistance policy, and the problems in the operation of social assistance policy. The academic research on Chinese social policy assistance policy mostly focuses on the special assistance system, and the research on social policy analysis perspective is not enough, leading to the inability to deeply understand the ins and outs of Chinese social assistance policy and provide a good reference for the future adjustment of social assistance policy. In the future, the research on the diversification of social assistance subjects, public health emergencies and the coordinated development of social assistance system in urban and rural areas should be strengthened to continuously improve the ability and level of social assistance.

The “Warm Heart Plan” in Zone Z is taken as a case study to explore the “1+6” social assistance service model for the disable from the perspective of resilience. The study highlights the innovative ideas of capacity based, family based, community based, and professional based in the social assistance model for the disable and will provide experience and reference for the innovation of social assistance models for the disable.
