Exploration of Countermeasures to Improve Citizens’ Civilized Literacy —A Case Study of Successful Construction of National Civilized City in Qujing

Abstract

Abstract: Civilized City is a comprehensive honorary title reflecting the overall civilization degree of city’s living environment, social harmony and citizens’ literacy. The quality of civilized citizens is regarded as an important measure for the civilization of civic consciousness among the construction of civilized cities.Qujing City is taken as a case study of constructing a national civilized city. Guided by the problems, we propose the establishment and improvement of the long-term mechanism of civilized literacy, to explore the analysis of institutionalization, and other countermeasures.
