On Net Literature as a Form of Popular Culture

Abstract

Abstract: With pervasive influence from information technology and consumption culture, net literature has gained increasingly great popularity and taken up the major features of popular culture more than traditional literary merits in spite of its literal signs. Therefore, light on the dilemma on theoretical approaches to and practical explorations into net literature could be thrown from the perspective of popular culture in virtue of its established theoretical resources and research paradigms.
