Study of Developmental Periods of Young English-Major College Teachers ——take local colleges in Yunnan as examples

Abstract: Periodical change is the bacis rule of college teachers' development. Young teachers of colleges in Yunnan province show corresponding characteristics in the following stages: adjustment, development, muturity, shaping one's style. Faced with characterisitcs and problems in different periods and stages, young teachers should adopt merits and avoid shortcomings by ways of lifelong learning, shaping one's character, practical training, etc so that these teachers can be guilded and promoted promptly as the core force of the staff.
