Abstract: The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee summarized the historical experience of "how the Party can break out of the law of historical cycles" and the 20th CPC National Congress proposed that "we must always maintain the sobriety and determination to solve the unique problems of a big party".The direction of the current issues and topics that are of wide concern to the academic community was pointed out.Deepening the understanding of the regularity of the century-long struggle from the perspective of the inevitability of things is urgent, in order to apply it to the realistic demand of "continued success in the future".From the perspective of the law of the Party's self-construction, the Chinese Communists have used the idea of adhering to the core leadership of the Party and building the Party around its central tasks to maintain its youth and vitality; from the perspective of the law of the Party's governance, the Chinese Communists have used the concept of striving for and consolidating the ruling position, the people's supremacy in governance, and the "Trinity" approach to governance to ensure the prosperity and strength of the country; and from the viewpoint of the Party's rule of mind, the Chinese Communists show their broad-mindedness and mission to the world by paying attention to the world, connecting with the world, and contributing to the world.
