Abstract: Integrating design thinking into career education courses can effectively improve students' career planning ability. The research constructs a target system covering “value-knowledge-ability-quality” and a “four-stage and ten-module” curriculum system, and implements the “informatization + projectization + teamwork” ternary integration teaching model by focusing on the core mission of Chinese education in the new era of “educating people for the Party and the Country”. Based on the three evaluation dimensions of development, achievement, and reflection, combined with the four evaluation stages of classroom participation, prototype iteration, final output and cognitive improvement, the “three-dimensional and four-stage” evaluation framework is established, providing a new perspective and reference for the research of career education in colleges and universities.

Key words: career education, design thinking, curriculum reform, evaluation of target achievement degree
