TheConnotation, Path, and Long-term Mechanism of High-quality Development of Rural Teacher Education

Abstract: The high-quality development of rural teacher education includes three aspects: rural teacher training, rural teacher training, and rural teacher professional growth. Exploring the path to high-quality development of rural teacher education requires fully leveraging the collaborative and collaborative role of normal universities, high-level comprehensive universities, teacher development institutions, and high-quality primary and secondary school practice bases. Building a long-term mechanism for the high-quality development of rural teacher education requires reshaping the quality concept of rural teacher education development, improving the allocation mechanism of rural teacher education resources, deepening the reform of rural teacher education curriculum and teaching, and forming an integrated training system for rural teacher education.
