Abstract: The Five-zhu coins, the common currency in the early feudal society of China and circulated for 720 years, were minted from the Western Han Dynasty. This miracle was mainly caused by internal and external factors. The internal reason factors were that Five-zhu coin has been very perfect in terms of weight and quality, and copper alloy and casting process; The external factors were that the society's dependence on currency was relatively low at that time, and the general use of Five-zhu money reduced the amount of money and the demand for copper.
