Change of “Three-child” Childbearing Desire and its Influencing Factors among Married People of Childbearing Age in China

Abstract: At present, China is in a period of major strategic opportunities for the transformation from a populous country to a powerful country of human capital.The implementation of the policy and supporting measures for one husband and wife to have three children can maximize the dynamic role of population in economic and social development.Based on the analysis of the three-child fertility willingness, the research found that after the implementation of the three-child birth policy, the three-child fertility willingness is not strong.The main reasons are the ability to raise and educate financially, the availability of help to take care of children, and the gender structure of children who have given birth.To implement the policy of giving birth to three children, it is necessary to start with the concept about, marriage and love, publicity and education, maternity leave and maternity insurance system, housing rental and purchase policy support, educational resources allocation, tax policy adjustment, women's employment rights and interests protection, and other aspects of supporting construction.
