Abstract: Since the founding of the Communist Party of China, the understanding of the population issue has been going through the process of continuous practice and re-understanding. The Communist Party of China has always insisted on combining the universal principles of Marxism with Chinese practice, focusing on realizing the interests of the people, emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts, having the courage to innovate, and advancing with the times in dynamic changes, forming a set of unique Chinese characteristics, A scientific, strategic and vibrant population ideology. The party's population thinking has the following distinctive features: always adhere to the people's happiness as the main line; always adhere to the combination of theory and practice; always insist on seeking truth from facts and advancing with the times. The Party's population thought is a comprehensive and comprehensive ideological system that is people-oriented and aimed at realizing people's happiness, and is not only limited to population control. The Party's population thought is the inheritance, innovation and development of Marxist theory, and it is the process of continuously promoting the Sinicization of Marxism.
