Abstract: Yi people's traditional left-foot dance in Yunnan is interpreted from the perspective of health and nutrition to conclude that the Yi people's left-foot dance reflects the worship and passion of the Yi people towards their ancestors and fire, and their attitude towards life is restrained and healthy. The dance has the value of keeping fit, promoting body recovery, relaxing and consoling psychology, promoting people's moral health, and constructing healthy ecological culture system. The development mode of minority sports tourism suitable for the development of left-foot dance should be actively constructed from the perspective of health care.
