Abstract: With the social changes and continuous development, the foreign exchange policy of the country is constantly updated and preferential, so our border area and Vietnam's border trade exchanges are more and more frequent, close to the southwest border exchanges increasingly close, cross-border marriage with the emergence and scope of the continuous expansion of the management of social stability have different impacts on border management and regional development.
