Abstract: Numerous cross-border minorities live on both sides of the long China-Myanmar border, they have the same origin, and they identify with a common language and culture; at the same time, they also have a strong need to learn Chinese culture and Chinese. To solve the bilingual learning need of the cross-borderminorities in the settlement areas of China and Myanmar, bilingual teaching is widely carried out in schools; all at once, Chinese side establish the Gate School to adopt cross-border ethnic minorities from the Myanmar side to learn in Chinese schools, to learn Chinese culture and Chinese. These measures have played a positive role in the construction ofOne Belt And One Road, in the area inhabited by ethnic minorities on the border between China and Myanmar, but there also are many problems.
