Abstract: With the promotion of the strategy of rural vitalization and holistic tourism, the tourism economy has shown a trend of globalization and regional integration, which has brought new challenges and opportunities to the development of county tourism. The development of traditional county tourism is a competitive relationship with each other, which has become a contradiction and obstacle to the integrated development of tourism regions. The development mode of county tourism circle has become a possible path to solve the problem of regional tourism integration .The development of the tourism industry in Luoping, Luliang and Shizong of Qujing City has begun to take shape. The construction of a county tourism circle is a realistic requirement for the integrated development of county tourism resources. It can effectively take advantage of the rich and complementary county tourism resources to promote the integrated development of the tourism industry. This article takes the Luoping, Luliang and Shizong in Qujing City as research objects, discusses the influencing factors of the construction of county tourism circles and the path of constructing county tourism circles, with a view to providing reference for the research on the construction of county tourism circle.
