Abstract: In the twelfth year of Yongping in the DongHan Dynasty, Yongchang County was set up in Baoshan District of Yunnan Province and some areas of Myanmar, which became the second largest county of household registration in the DongHan Dynasty. This seemingly single historical event actually contains a long and profound historical and cultural integration and accumulation. Yongchang Prefecture was the integration of the Central Plains culture and the Southwest ethnic group (Ailao) culture. Among them, Han——Wu Emperor in the XiHan Dynasty, Xitang County and Buwei in the West of Yizhou in the Ten Years of Yongping in the DongHan Dynasty were the two key points in the process of Yongchang prefecture. The human geography textual research of the four counties of Xitang Buwei, Ailao and Bonan reflects the deep radiation and influence of the Central Plains culture of the Han Dynasty on Shu——Shendu way area.
