Qujing Red Culture contains rich-full spiritual culture of the kernel ,such as revolutionary history, the revolutionary spirit , traditional morality, ideal faith and so on , with the scientific features of age and national complementarity, influence and value of immutability, traditional and advanced combination .Recognizing and understanding these features, is the inherent requirement to minine and refinine the red culture resources, activate the reform, develop the spiritual motivation .
