A study on the Red Army's long march through the town of Mohong

Abstract: With the defeat of the fifth anti-encirclement campaign, the Red army had to strategically transferred. and after entering the Yunnan province, the central military commission decided to attack Zhanyi and Qujing Considering the large army in Fuyuan, MAO Zedong and Xiao Ke led the central red army reached Qujing through the town of Mohong in 1935 and 1936. When the red army passed through the town, it spread the message of revolution and launched the poor peasants to fight against the rich and share the wealth. Influenced by the red army, The underground party branch of Puchong was set up in the town of Mohong, It was the first party branch in Fuyuan. Furthermore, the party branch of Puchong created the guerrilla revolutionary base and founded the guerrilla group, All of these steps had laid the foundation for the coming War of liberation.
