Abstract: Poverty alleviation and improving the effectiveness of the Party’s construction work are not only key measures to effectively improve the ability of border governance, but also to promote the economic and social development of border areas and build a well-to-do society in an all-round way. There is a mutual interaction mechanism between poverty alleviation and improving the effectiveness of Party building: on the one hand, poverty alleviation is conducive to promoting Party building in border areas; On the other hand, improving the effectiveness of the Party’s construction work is conducive to dominating and mobilizing all the forces of the government and society, forming a strong organization to ensure that the work of leading out of poverty is successfully completed. Aiming at the outstanding problems such as “poverty and religion interweave” in the interaction between the two, this paper puts forward the choice of the way of interaction mechanism.
