Abstract: Based on the existing research results, this article builds the evaluation index of the mental poverty alleviation performance of weining county and carries out the evaluation based on the actual situation of weining county. The evaluation results showed that the evaluation score was 71.73, and the evaluation result was between the “good” and “general”. Finally, the indexes of low score are analyzed and the Suggestions are given.
