Investigation on the Early Professional Development of Free Normal Students——A Case Study of Graduates in “S” University in Three Years

Abstract: The professional growth of free normal students in their early professional period is an indispensable part of the free normal education system. It is found that there are problems in the professional growth of free normal students in the early professional period, such as lack of professional development awareness, ignorance of the dominant role in their own professional development, inadequacy of external support in professional development, ineffective policy implementation and so on. With regard to those problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for decisions support in the education of free normal students.
