Abstract: In the Bronze Age of Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, the northeast of Yunnan gradually changed his role as a poor culture area and spectator to gain a foothold in the civilized territory of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau. When it came to the Qin and Han dynasties, with the south-ward expansion of the central dynasties Qin and Han, the endowed mineral resources of the northeastern Yunnan, represented by copper, rapidly became an important factor in attracting Hua-xia culture. In this way, the disadvantages of his geographical location were ignored while the advantages of having mineral resources were highlighted. As a result, the Northeast Yunnan rose to be the benchmark for the entire civilized Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau at that time, and become the transport hub for Han Empire to bring in new Huaxia culture to the southwest hinterland of Han dynasty.
