Abstract: Rural governance is an important part of the rural revitalization strategy, the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity, and the guidance of Party building is an important prerequisite and strong guarantee for the smooth progress of rural governance. The realization of the party leading the rural governance has been achieved through organizing construction leading rural governance capability, system implementation leading the country to carry out national policy, and service leading multiple governance, which effectively alleviates facts that the rural party organization construction does not meet the requirement of the rural revitalization and modern rural governance in the new era in Yuxi.
