摘要/Abstract

摘要： 边境少数民族地区由于历史、传统、经济等因素的影响,早婚现象一度盛行,现代社会中依然存在。从法律角度看,早婚涉及子女抚养、监护、早婚关系解除引发的纠纷等诸多法律问题。在田野调查的基础上,针对文山州边境少数民族地区早婚现象的现状进行分析,并梳理出其在子女抚养监护、干预机制缺失、义务教育基础薄弱、男女比例失衡等方面存在的问题,在此基础上提出相应的建议。

Abstract: Early marriage, in law refers to not reach the legal age of marriage. Due to the influence of history, tradition, economy and other factors, early marriage once prevailed in border minority areas, and it still exists in modern society. From a legal point of view, early marriage involves many legal issues. On the basis of field investigation, this paper studies the legal problems existing in the early marriage in the border minority areas and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
