摘要/Abstract

摘要： 由于历史发展过程和生活环境的特殊性,独龙族社会形成了完善的土地权利规则、财产权利规则、劳动所得分配规则、债权、债务规则等民间民事权利规则,相对完善的民事权利规则对于独龙族民间纠纷的解决起到了重要作用。且我国国家法同这些规则融合良好,二者充分发挥社会治理功能使得独龙族社会形成了和谐、友善、诚信的社会价值观念。

Abstract: Due to the particularity of historical development process and living environment, Dulong society has formed perfect civil rights rules such as land rights rules, property rights rules, labor income distribution rules, creditor's rights and debt rules. Relatively perfect civil rights rules have played an important role in solving Dulong folk disputes. Moreover, China's national law is well integrated with these rules. They give full play to the function of social governance, which makes the Dulong society form the social values of harmony, friendliness and integrity.
