《专业标准》背景下农村幼儿教师专业发展达标情况调查分析——以云南省为例

摘要: 幼儿教师是经过长时间的专门教育或培训,从而具有科学的专业理念与师德、多元化的专业知识和综合性专业能力,并按照《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》的要求专门从事幼儿园保教实践活动的专业人员.为规范专业人员的专业态度与行为,在2012年后我国通过颁布相应的标准来进行规范,以提升幼儿教师队伍的整体质量.本研究在《专业标准》实施的背景下,调查研究云南省农村幼儿教师的专业发展的达标情况,得出与《专业标准》的要求相比,云南省农村幼儿教师专业发展的完全达标率低,幼儿教师的专业知识欠缺,并且公办与民办的幼儿教师,以及不同民族、专业、教龄、年龄与教师资格证持有状况的幼儿教师专业发展的达标情况差异性极其显著.

Abstract: Preschool teachers are professional people equipped with specialized education or training, scientific professional philosophy and ethics, diverse professional knowledge and comprehensive professional ability, and they are specialized in educating preschool children under the “Professional Standards for Preschool Teachers”. In order to regulate the professional personnel in attitude and behavior, the corresponding standards are put forward to enhance the overall quality of the preschool teachers. This research analyzes the current situation of rural preschool teachers’ professional development in Yunnan province. It is concluded that, compared with the requirements in the standard, these teachers’ rate of reaching to the standard is low, their professional knowledge is in need, and the situation varies a lot for the public and private preschool teachers, for those who have the teacher certificate or not, for teachers of different ethnic group, major, age and so on.
