Abstract: Early marriage, in law refers to not reach the legal age of marriage. Due to the influence of history, tradition, economy and other factors, early marriage once prevailed in border minority areas, and it still exists in modern society. From a legal point of view, early marriage involves many legal issues. On the basis of field investigation, this paper studies the legal problems existing in the early marriage in the border minority areas and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
