Abstract: The village rules and regulations play an irreplaceable role in the contemporary rural governance. But in the face of social transformation, the village rules and conventions have changed greatly, and the function of order has been weakened. Under the background of comprehensive rule of law, it is of great significance and value to reconstruct the normative function of village rules and conventions to promote the process of rural rule of law. In the process of remolding the village rules and conventions, on the one hand, a supporting system should be formulated to be compatible with the rural social development and the national rule of law. On the other hand, the reproduction of public power and state supply should be realized.
