Analysis of the Operation and Management Mode of the Educational Development Parcitipated by INGOs in Yunnan

Abstract: The activities of INGOs in Yunnan mainly focus on the field of education, and most of them are completed through project operation. After years of practice, three mature project operation modes have gradually formed: independent operation mode, entrusted completion mode, and cooperation and progress mode. In the management of educational development projects, INGOs are faced with two major tasks: internal management and external supervision. The internal management of an organization is the self-management of an international non-governmental organization, which mainly includes organization management, personnel management, and fund management. The external supervision is the supervision of the relevant government departments for the international non-governmental organizations. Yunnan has experienced four stages, i.e., laissez-faire management, extreme control, cooperative exploration,and standardized management.
