Abstract: Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, under the correct leadership of the Party, the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in Qujing area has achieved leap-forward development. The beautiful countryside—the rural revitalization strategy has achieved fruitful results, but there is still a tendency which emphasizes more on the material than on the construction of spiritual civilization, and the construction of rural customs still needs to be further improved. Qujing is rich in traditional revolutionary cultural resources which should be integrated into the construction of rural civilization, with the requirements of the beautiful rural-village revitalization strategy, then spiritual civilization and material civilization can develop simultaneously, and the civilized level and goverance level of rural society in Qujing can be continuously improved.
