Abstract: It strengthen the construction of ecological civilization in the development of tourism resources andpursue economic benefits on the basis of protecting ecological environment. How to realize the point balance between the construction of ecological civilization and the development of tourism resources is the starting point and destination of this study. By building the coordination degree evaluation model, it is used to simplify the index system structure and realize model calculation that the hierarchical -AHPanalysis on the basis of the entropy method in the weight of evaluation index. Based on the coordination degree in Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area, this paper puts forward some important ways to promote the virtuous circle development through model calculation, such as changing the tourism resources development mode, optimizing the industrial structure, and protecting the environmental resources.
