Abstract: Cultural guidance is the highest realm of the headmaster's management of the school. The headmaster's mission lies in endless cultural guidance. As a means and method of running a school, cultural guidance should be promoted from “small class” to “small class” management, from professional ability to professional spirit, from exclusive education to cultural taste, so as to push school management onto the track of modernization.
