Present Situation and Countermeasure of Rural Girls'Education in Huize District of Wumeng Mountain

Abstract: Girls'education is one of the hottest issues in recent years. Girls' education in rural areas of Wumeng Mountain is also affecting tens of millions of people. Sample surveys based on this background show that the rural girls'education in Huize District of Wumeng Mountain has shown new characteristics in recent years: the enrollment rate of girls in preschool education and compulsory education is high, but the implementation of curriculum is single and unattractive; the number of teachers has increased, but there is still a gap between professional level and professional skills; guardians have a gap with girls. The importance of education has been improved, but the degree of active participation is low. To solve these problems, the following measures should be taken: to organize and implement teaching in strict accordance with the curriculum, continuously enhance the attractiveness of school education; to improve the training methods of teachers and improve the professional level of teachers; to guide guardians to do a good job of demonstration in daily life and integrate education into the normal life of girls; and to increase the number of teachers. Communication and communication between strong girls and teachers, girls and girls, girls and boys make full use of teacher guidance and peer education. In this way, it may play a positive and positive role in promoting the quality of rural girls'education in Huize District of Wumeng Mountain.
