Abstract: Textbook construction is an important part of teaching work in Colleges and universities, a basic work to improve the quality of teaching, and an important indicator to measure the level of school running. The construction of innovative textbooks in applied universities should not only conform to the requirements of the times, but also embody the regional cultural characteristics, so as to better promote the orderly progress of educational and teaching reform in Colleges and universities.
