Abstract: Zhongshan Township Luoping County of Yunnan Province has a long history of revolution. It was once the central base of the Yunnan, Guangxi and Guizhou border area and the headquarters of the Luopan Ground Committee. It was one of the earliest townships in Yunnan to establish the red regime. Zhongshan is rich in red cultural resources, with a wide distribution and profound foundation. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to make these precious red cultural resources a vivid classroom for activating red genes, make good use of red resources, carry forward red traditions and inherit red genes. To this end, we should take “old revolutionary base area, red Zhongshan, the healthy land, the most beautiful countryside” as the image positioning, take “red triangle” of Zhongshan as the core area, radiate the surrounding, and form a cultural tourism industry cluster area of “Four lines” and “Three major plates”.
Key words: Red Culture, development, inheritance, education
