Abstract: Combining the O2O with the service of the public library, we can combine the service of the library online and the offline service organically, and have a broad prospect in the public library service. This paper, starting with the definition and characteristics of O2O service, discusses the development status of O2O service in public library, analyzes the shortcomings of it, and puts forward the construction of O2O service mode in the public library from service content, service mode, service platform and so on.
