Abstract: As a traditional advantage of Luliang County, sericulture industry has formed a closely linked industrial chain of silkworm egg, mulberry sericulture, reeling silk, silk quilt, silk, silkworm chlorophyll and mulberry edible mushroom, etc. However, there are still some problems of sericulture industry in Luliang Country, such as fixed thinking set, unsmooth system and mechanism and unsatisfactory industrial structure, etc. Therefore, measures must be taken to create new developmental pattern of industrialization, scale and modernization of Luliang sericulture industry, such as changing ideological concepts, unswervingly deepening supply-side structural reforms and related supporting reforms, and proactively adapting to changes in internal and external environment, implementing “rebuilding industrial chains, reengineering value chains, reconstructing profit chain” project, and accelerating the transformation of sericulture to quality and efficiency improvement and sustainable development.
