An Empirical Study of the Quality of Higher Education in Yunnan Province

Abstract: On the basis of the relevant indicators of higher education in our country at the present stage, the main undergraduate colleges in Yunnan Province are investigated and analyzed in their teachers, funding and facilities, teaching reform, teaching quality assurance so as to form a summary of the experience of higher education development in Yunnan province. It is suggested that we should further optimize the structure of teachers, improve the efficiency of the use of educational funds, strengthen the organic connection of major, curriculum and teaching materials, and innovate the methods of teachers’ assessment and evaluation
