Thoughts and Countermeasures of Teachers Culture Construction in Vocational Colleges

Abstract: Teacher culture is an important part of school culture and plays an indispensable role in the continuity and development of human society. In view of the existing problems in teacher culture construction in current occupational colleges such as outdated concepts, inadequate skills, muddling with work, weak scientific research and frequent job-hopping, effort should be made to build teacher culture atmosphere on one hand while encourage teachers themselves to create rich culture on the other hand. Meanwhile, further study should be made on the approach to the construction of teacher culture so as to constantly improve its pertinence and effectiveness in occupational colleges.
