Abstract: The integrated tourism development of five cities in central Yunnan requires great efforts in the following five aspects: firstly, make a coordinated and integrated management of planning to construct a new pattern of global tourism development; secondly, accelerate the interconnection among the five cities to build a convenient transportation system; thirdly, improve the public service system to develop high-quality tourist routes; fourthly, seek regional cooperation to jointly carry out tourism promotion; lastly, strengthen linkage of supervision to improve the quality of tourism services. To realize the integrated development of tourism in the five cities, it is necessary for the Party committee, the government and the society to cooperate with each other and give impetus to each other so as to build a multiparty interactive mechanism with CPC’S leadership, government guidance and social participation.
