Abstract: The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China makes it clear that economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction and ecological civilization construction, as a unit, is the overall layout for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Among them, ecological civilization construction is a revolutionary change. In order to achieve it, national education, system and the rule of law have to be developed hand by hand. College students, as the backbone of future social development, promote the construction of ecological civilization. It is the demands of the times and requirements for implementation of the party's important strategies to improve the ecological civilization consciousness of college students and to strengthen their ecological civilization concept. Innovation in college students’ ecological civilization asks for a “Three Comprehensive Education” system, an innovative form of practical education and the campus culture for the ecological civilization.
