Abstract: There　are　problemsin　the　investigation,checking,judgement,　necroscopy,　material　evidence　extration,seizure　identification　and　the　suspect＇s　statement,argumentationand　thecause　for　the　death.The　case　should　be　analyzed　by　its　cause　for　the　problems,　the　responsibilities　for　the　case　and　the　prospectives　for　the　solution　to　the　problems.　The　analysis　of　the　case　showed　there　was　few　responsibilities　for　the　people　who　were　responsible　for　the　case　an　the　principle　in　dubio　pro　reo　was　not　successfully　practiced.
