Abstract: There is a popularizing trend for postgraduate education with more and more postgraduates. The postgraduates cannot be employed easily though they are highly educated. The increasing number of postgraduates is not the reason for their unemployment, however. The problems in postgraduates’ employment are analyzed to find new ideas and practical measures.
