Abstract: Report of the 19th Party Congress clearly puts forward the strategy of building a strong traffic country. The construction of a strong transportation country needs a steady stream of transportation talents as support. However, there are still problems such as poor talent structure, weak international integration of talents, and mismatch between talents and transportation development needs. Therefore, from the perspective of transportation education, transportation internationalization, and the promotion and improvement of transportation and talent policies, this research attempts to focus on the strategic significance, training mechanism, training policy, and training status of China's transportation internationalization personnel training. The research trends are sorted out, hoping to provide theoretical and practical inspiration for the training of internationalized talents in China's transportation, so as to provide a practical path for promoting the further internationalization and globalization of China's transportation.
