Anthropological Study of Development Course, Logical Approach and Practical Enlightenment in Martial Arts

Abstract: This paper conducts an anthropological study of martial arts from the development course and the logical approach using the method of literature and logical analysis. Three directions of martial arts anthropology, namely, the research dimension of “martial arts anthropology” and its contents from the perspective of cultural and social changes, the applied research of martial arts anthropology with “local martial arts” and “martial arts changes” as the main direction, and the comparative study of traditional martial arts and competitive martial arts from the anthropological perspective, were proposed. The positive significance and practical enlightenment of the anthropological study of martial arts for the development orientation of Chinese martial arts in the new era were studied based on the previous findings.
