Abstract: Due to historical and cultural reasons, for a long time, rural society in Southwest China has been rejecting butcher, "poison cats", "grass ghosts women" and other uncivilized habits, and these people in all aspects of social life are subject to certain social exclusion. This kind of old habits need to be changed. In the context of the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization in China, further strengthening the construction of rural civilization in the southwest of the rural society and carrying out special management of the uncivilized habits from history will help further enhance the social status of butcher, "poison cats", "grass ghost women" and other groups. Meanwhile, the special management of changing customs is conducive to greatly improving the civilization of local farmers and the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas in Southwest China.
