Abstract: Issues of fundamental followings and new idea creation of the updating of football applied talent cultivation concept are explored by using methods of literature review and logical analysis. The results calls for innovations, including adherence to the starting point of regarding social demands as guidance, the focus of aiming for competency improvement, the foothold of deeming studying for applying as fundamental landing point required to update the concept of football applied talents cultivation in new area, providing cover for achieving the goal of football talent cultivation and promoting sustainable development, committing to the new development concept contributes to forming the new idea of applied talent cultivation concept of establishing collaborative education concept, expanding the place of application practice, strengthening the cultivation of innovative ability and sharing the achievements of talent cultivation, to lay the conceptual foundation for building a football applied talent cultivation system that meets the demands of economic and social development in the new era.
