Matching Study between Speciality Selection and Regional Industry:Based on the Pilot Professional Analysis of Modern Apprenticeships at National Level in Guangdong

Abstract: The matching relationship between professional settings and regional economic development is a key issue in the field of vocational education.The National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan puts forward specific requirements for the development of the industrial development of vocational schools.Taking Guangdong Province's participation in the national modern apprenticeship pilot majors and schools as the research object, this paper analyzes the current situations and problems of the current modern apprenticeship pilot in Guangdong Province from the aspects of the distribution of pilot professional categories, the level of pilot professional schools, the nature of pilot schools, and the distribution of pilot schools, combined with the industrial development pattern of "one nuclear, one belt and one zone" in Guangdong. In the face of the new situation and new requirements of development in regional economic and vocational education, the article proposes to reflect on the relationship between modern apprenticeship professional selection and regional economic development in the process of the new round of professional construction, the nature of pilot schools, and the matching of pilot professional training specifications with the structure of talent demand.
